About Staffing Solutions

Sydney Turf Club established Staffing Solutions, an arm of it's Employee Relations and Culture Department, with the dual aim of retaining its casual workforce and sharing its highly-trained staff with like-minded organisations in the hospitality and events industry.

As the hospitality industry becomes more and more competitive, we've found that it gets harder to find, recruit and retain quality staff.

Sydney Turf Club has a casual workforce of more than 1,000 employees. Each employee undertakes a rigorous TAFE-approved training and testing program before being deployed at some of Sydney's largest race meetings at Rosehill Gardens and a multitude of non-racing events held at our racecourses throughout the year.

It is because of our extensive experience in the industry that we've been able to grow the portfolio of businesses we've been able to assist including Panthers World of Entertainment, Sydney Cricket Ground, ANZ Stadium, Harold Park Paceway, Luna Park and Acer Arena.

The advantage of Sydney Turf Club staff is that they are already trained, trialled and tested before they are engaged to work on external events.
